I am so excited to teach at YTC community. Join me for my playful, dynamic vinyasa evolution practice every Friday at 5:30 pm CEST.
Do you want a tighter core, solid arms and sculpted legs? By starting with poses like plank pose, cobra, dolphin push-ups, crow pose, boat pose and advanced vinyasa sequences, you can build and tone muscles throughout the body, and your mind will get a workout too. So roll out your yoga mat and get ready to sweat! I would absolutely love to see your faces! You’ll be amazed by what you can do.
This Total Body Dynamic Yoga Flow class is perfect for anyone looking for a toning and strengthening yoga fitness class.
WHAT TO EXPECT
In this class, be prepared to tone, build strength and feel energized. Be ready to work all major muscle groups in the body, especially your core—the powerhouse of your entire body. This class has some challenging poses in it, but you can always practice modifications. This is an all levels yoga class.
This dynamic yoga flow class proves that a workout for results doesn’t have to be in the gym. Mat based workouts are effective and enough—especially when they are combined with powerful, strength-building and balancing yoga poses.
Together we will stretch to increase flexibility, and we will flow to better connect with our inner being and the breath.
