I’ll teach you the basics of yoga and get you started on your yoga journey! Vinyasa Flow is my principal style and to ensure a balanced yoga practice I also offer Gravity Yoga®, Yoga Trapeze® , Yoga Wheel Class, Yin & Restorative Yoga, Trauma Informed Yoga and Breathwork.

Hi! My name is Karina (Carina) and I warmly welcome you to my Yoga by Carina Website.
Yoga has honestly changed my life in every way: it’s my passion, it’s how I’ve made my closest friends and relationships, and it’s what inspires my daily life. It has made me more compassionate and patient both with others and myself. It has taught me non-judgement, knowing that everyone is on their own unique journey and that we are all doing our best.
I love to teach dynamic and slow Vinyasa Flow because I love the flowing nature of it. I also love the creativity and that it’s never the same. On a personal level, the rhythms of Vinyasa work well for my body. I find myself getting warm and opening up, and I also thrive on the held and sustained moments as well. I enjoy other styles, but it’s this sense of flow and connection of body and breath that really feels right for me and my body.
But of course, I have a yin and restorative yoga, adaptive yoga, trauma informed yoga and wheel yoga classes. Privately, I teach exactly what I feel best serves the student. This varies considerably.
I currently graduated from the 300 hr YTT at My Vinyasa Practice and received my Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Adaptive Yoga, Trauma Informed Yoga and Yoga Nidra Certificates.
I am a Yoga Teachers College® Certified Teacher. I have completed my teaching certifications with Yoga Body | Yoga Teachers College on Yoga Trapeze®, Gravity Yoga and Breath Coaching.
I teach YOGABODY style, a fitness-based approach for strength, mobility, weight loss, and stress management. Oh, and my classes are fast-paced and fun. Yoga is my joy and life. I feel grounded, strong and open after my practice. My mind feels clear and I enjoy the journey of always learning. I love meeting people, connecting and getting to know the stories of my students. They keep me motivated.
I also offer private and small private group classes at a variety of locations in GE area and online. I’d say try the discovery classes first so you too can discover your path if you haven’t figured it all out. I can’t wait to welcome you to my yoga studio space soon.
I graduated from the wheel teacher training too. I also offer wheel class from September.

I am a Yoga Teachers College® Certified Teacher and I teach YOGABODY style, a fitness-based approach for strength, mobility, weight loss, and stress management. Oh, and my classes are fast-paced and fun.
This class focuses on increasing the overall mobility, strength, and stability of the muscles and joints of your back as well as relieving any tightness and accumulated tension in the musculature, and fascia of the neck, chest, shoulders and hip flexors. This class supports your overall physical health, as well as your energy and general sense of mental and emotional wellbeing.

New Class! Gravity Yoga® is a mat-based, targeted mobility training method that helps students with stiff backs, locked up hips, and tight hamstrings.
These classes are hugely popular all around the world because they deliver flexibility results quickly. Class is designed for all levels, beginners welcome. During class, you’ll learn how to utilize the science of passing stretching to effectively change your body, improve posture, and increase range of motion.
Yoga Trapeze® Class
The Yoga Trapeze makes so many mat-based yoga poses accessible for the inflexible. So really most students can get in the trapeze and feel successful.
Are you looking for a new workout to add to your routine? If you are in Geneva area and wish to add a little bit of spice to your boring workout classes, consider joining a trapeze yoga class for your next session. Trapeze Yoga is a form of yoga that will lengthen, strengthen and fix your body by aligning your back that has been slouching from comfortably sitting on work desks all day. It is the best form of workout if you are looking for something that is sweat-filled as well as relaxing at the same time. This kind of exercise will push your body to its limits but will also give your muscles some needed relaxation.
If you are used to sitting on your desk every day for hours, your body muscles need to be opened up a little. There are some muscles in your body that some exercise can’t just touch. With aerial yoga, the weightless aspect allows your body to access a wider range of movement. Once you complete this workout, you will definitely feel like your body has opened up and your alignment has improved.
I offer intimate classes with smaller groups. Here you get a perfect mix of intense yoga classes and some fun. If you are looking for classes that teach aerial silks, aerial trapeze, or aerial slings, this class is exactly what you need. I pay a lot of attention to staying fit but also offer classes for students at various levels allowing them to work according to their fitness levels. I also offer different types of classes ranging from masterclasses, workshops, foundation courses to aerial staycation which is a one-week intensive program.
The fundamentals of using your core, lower back and obliques are developed and put to the test on the Yoga Trapeze, where the aim of the game is to keep it from swinging as much as possible. Even if you didn’t have dreams to make this a full-time gig, the Yoga Trapeze provides an amazing platform for you to develop your functional strength.
Yoga Trapeze is also a great activity to socialise and meet like-minded people. And, it’s flexible! In fact, you can practise Yoga Trapeze at home, outdoors and in yoga studios. Without even realising it, you will start to develop self-confidence and trust. As a result, you will be able to do gymnastic tricks you didn’t think you were capable of!
As you get more flexible, balanced and stronger, your mind will follow, finding the long-sought quietness.
Yoga Breathing is a safe and fast way to relieve stress, boost digestion, balance your energy, and improve sleep. No experience of any kind is needed. I take a very simple, science-based approach that is effective for everyone.
Yoga & Breathwork are the easiest and most effective way to awaken your full potential and connect with your true self. Each session we will guide you through specific yoga poses, breathing techniques and breathwork practices aimed at opening your breathing system and working energetically on a deeper level to achieve the maximum benefits of establishing your own powerful breathing practice.
