LEARNING YOGA AND MINDFULNESS HELP CHILDREN TO FEEL CALM, PEACEFUL AND RELAXED.
Let’s get on the mat with your kids and begin to explore the breath, salutations, postures, partner yoga and relaxation together! Our ‘Little Buddhas’ flow classes all take time to tune in and then sequence through the Sun Salutations, progressing on to warrior poses and balancing poses.
We have fun with animals and imagination. Each class finishes with a guided relaxation.
4 to 8 year olds
The first four classes in this group build on from each other, adding and learning a little more in each class. There is also a bedtime yoga sequence and a fun “yoga games” class too!
8 to 12 year olds
The first three classes in this group build on from each other, adding and learning a little more in each class. There is also a bedtime yoga sequence.
Teenagers
There are two classes in this group – once is a comprehensive introduction to yoga and the other is a fun partner yoga class.
Yoga Challenge – Parents and Kids
There are four ‘Yoga Challenge’ workshops for the older children. It is a structured series so it’s recommended that you practice them in sequence.
